This easy casserole recipe is perfect for picky eaters. If your family likes cheese, spaghetti and tacos (who doesn’t!?), they’re going to devour this fun and tasty dinner idea.
It’s made with simple and cheap ingredients that are a breeze to throw together on busy weeknights: ground beef, spaghetti, cheese, chili beans, taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
A Mexican-Italian fusion the entire family will love.
As you can see from the pictures, this is some serious comfort food! It is loaded with lots of cheese and full of flavor. There may be a few carbs in there, too. 🙂
Simply ground the beef and toss in the beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and Velveeta cheese all into one pan.
Toss the ground beef and bean mixture in with your cooked spaghetti.
Dump it into a greased casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with tomato, green onion, sour cream, avocado, cilantro or anything else “taco-ie” that you’d like!
